You fill in the blank – our answer is most likely “yes.” Our RF technology can form most any thermo plastic materials. See our application page for a gallery of common types of catheters and medical devices we form, tip, bond and flare. Additionally, we partner with Cath-Punch for hole drilling machines.
How can we make adjustments for a new application?
Our machines are capable of forming multiple applications on one machine. An existing setup can be tweaked or users can benefit from our quick-change tooling. Send us a drawing of your new part to discuss.
