Can your machines tip _______ type of catheter?

What size holes can you punch in a catheter?

Our machines are capable of forming multiple applications on one machine. An existing setup can be tweaked or users can benefit from our quick-change dies, drills & tooling. Send us a drawing of your new part to discuss.

Can you just make the parts for us?

Yes. Since we specialize in catheter production processes it makes sense for us to offer production as well. Our certified ISO 14644-1 Class 7 clean room facility is equipped with our superior equipment and knowledgable technicians. Whether you just need a small run to prove marketability, full & ongoing production, or a secondary supplier, we support your success with superior quality.

What is the lead time for ordering machines?

CATHTIP equipment and machines are custom built with drills, dies & tooling to fit your application. This typically takes 6-8 weeks … after samples have been approved and processes developed as needed. At this time you will receive equipment ready for production.
