Catheter Tipping Applications
Catheter Tipping Machines
Flashless tipping with our equipment
CATHTIP machines can tip, flare, or bond most any type of custom catheter tip you need – typically in one step – by applying our proprietary forming technology. We specialize in Radio Frequency (RF) tip forming and work with all thermoplastic extrusion including applications involving metal braiding and marker bands. View samples of types of catheters formed by CATHTIP manufacturing equipment in the gallery below.

We work with all types of thermoplastic materials and hole geometry. We will develop the hole punch process for your specific catheter application, providing prototypes made using our drill library containing all the most common catheter drill dimensions with a tolerance of ±.0005. Once a process is developed, our engineers can build a machine tailored to your application and then the production-ready workstation can be placed in our cleanroom for contract manufacturing or deployed at your facility with options for onsite installation and training.
